Rapid fire pistol

I believe that's a Glock 19, modified with one of these devices. Full-auto pistols are more or less completely useless in real life IMO, but it might be fun to play with at an outdoor range. It's impressive to me that he is able to keep it more or less pointed at the target with one hand - I think that'd be tough with anything more than a 9mm.
