Is there such thing as a rapid Motorola charger for an i95 phone? I have one that I'm using, it's from a V66, but it takes mad long to charge my i95.

Do rapid chargers even exist/work?

They exist, supposedly they work. You could always look on Motorola's site to look for a rapid charger for your phone~
 
I find that car chargers always charge very fast

my car charger charges about 4x as fast as my normal wall jack charger
