Ohh to be a teenager again....

Is the apartment in a larger building or more like a duplex arrangement? If its a complex or tower, the bugs might not have even come from your unit in the first place. In My last apartment, the landlords had to exterminate my section because people in a unit on the other side of the building had a severe roach problem. So while the building was u shaped and the infestation was on the opposite arm from my apartment, they still had to bomb the whole frigging building or the bugs would just come back.

we had someone that had similar problems.. more on the bedbugs tho.

They sued.. I think they wanted $5 mil. They are supposed to settle on $2 mil.

bed bugs are impossible to remove. Most commonly they live in a mattress but they can be found elsewhere. They can live in-between sheets of paper for a month without food. The find tiny spots in rafters to hide, making them very hard to exterminate. I've read that fumigation is the only solution, and even then it isn't totally effective.
