ok, my mom has been bugging me to get my hair cut even since november . . . the last time i got one was in august. . .

today, she threathened to take away my computer for 5 days if i didnt get a haircut . . . so i went to supercuts

i go in, put my name down, etc etc

the lady calls me up, i go to the little station

almost IMMEDIATELY after i sit down, the lady just starts cutting; didnt ask what i want, nothing! i ask her, "what the hell you doing?! do you even know what i want?"

she (oblivious to what she has been doing) - fine, what do you want? (she had an attitude problem)

me - "okay, i just want you to trim it. cut my sideburns just a little bit, and curve the hair above my ear. as for the top, i want it to be enough so that i can at least prop the hair up a bit"

what i really hate is that she started talking to the lady next to her WHILE i was telling her what to do . . .

so she starts cutting and goes crazy with the clipper!!!

now, the hair on top of my head is WAAY short and on the side, its also short, PLUS . . . its ugly . . .

No kidding. Get your ass to the professionals. $19+tip gets me a perfect haircut and headwash/scalp massage from the same HOTTIE every month.
 
That sucks. I have been going to the same guy for a long long long time. (I'm only 22) I just hop in the chair and he starts cutting. Knows exactly what I want. We start talking about this and that. 15 minutes or less I'm done. Pay my $9 bucks and I'm out the door.
 
It is just like any place you go to for service, some places are good and some suck. I get my hair cut there when my stylist is booked, you just have to learn who can cut hair in the shop!
 
If your Mom didn't go with you to Supercuts, how can you expect a great haircut? 😉 j/k

I always talk to the person cutting my hair, en route to the chair,
to let them know what to do with my hair 🙂

I've been to Supercuts and Fantastic Sams when I'm on budget, and I haven't had a bad haircut to date...
