Rant...UPS sucks

I know I should have chose a faster method like 2 day or overnight but I hate it when I track a package from UPS that I chose ground and it stays in Los Angeles for like 3 days. I feel like they do this on purpose just to make you get 2 day or better shipping. In one day, my pkg went from Texas to La Grande Vista, CA and has been there ever since but the scheduled delivery is not set till tomorrow. Why do they always do this sh!t!!! If you can deliver something fast they should do it instead of letting it sit there till the actual delivery date.

I never use those Brown Clown's USPS and Insurance or Fed-Ex if they got a special on shipping.

what do you expect if its ground shipping, it takes a couple days to get the package from somewhere to somewhere else.. its not like they log it in every state, just the major locations/scan ins.

There service may suck sometimes but they sponser a great NASCAR driver!!!!

maybe your package has been moving those three days, they just havent scanned it or updated the site.

it bad enought that it take more then 3 days but 6-7 day hmm they are goofing around. USPS is the way to go but most company dont use them due to inconvenient.

UPS sucks, but not because they are slow, but rather because they destroy stuff WAY too much...

They are not called United Package Smashers for nothing you know...

I refuse on ethical grounds to use them in any case...

Well cutebunny, I don't think this is true in all situations. KDcomuters.com is located in Wisconsin and I am in Minnesota (MNSP), and I ALWAYS ship ground to me because it gets to me overnight. Order on Thursday, and I have it on Friday.

Get this, I can ship USPS Express (next day) to anywhere in San Diego from here and it gets there next day. I ship USPS, Fed Ex or UPS next day to Coronado (just over the San Diego Bay bridge) and it gets there in 2 days, no exceptions. In fact USPS now even lists it as no overnight delivery, only 2 day. WTF??

Never had a problem with them. The driver that delivers to us is a hoot. I've noticed that stuff coming out from the Chicago area sometimes head off in the wrong direction, but they always show up within a few days. I had a friend that worked for Fed Ex and he says people there actually tried to bust packages open by throwing them a round. It probably varies from one hub to the next. Seems like all the folks that sell me parts use UPS. Why is that?
