Between the guy complaining about 3 day shipping and this shit it's safe to say us Americans are spoiled assholes.

IMO drive through is meant for small orders, one or two coffees, maybe a donut. When you start ordering a sandwich or things that need to be toasted, etc., go inside and order it. I don't really feel bad for the OP waiting 15 mins in line, it sounds to me like whining (not ranting).

This. Tim Hortons drive-throughs are notorious for this. People getting lunch for the whole office. There's always a massive line of cars. I've found 90% of the time it's faster to go inside anyway, even for small orders.

Same thing with bank drive throughs. I don't know what people do but some of them take forever with their transactions.

Maybe its the same type of situation: people want convenience even if it means at the expense of other people's convenience.
