man don't you hate it when you insert a cd and the autorun feature just starts copying files to your hd without even prompting you for a directory?? :| :| :|
at least ask 'are you sure' or something....BASTARDS! :|

ps - i know its possible to disable autorun, this was just a rant! ;)

You should be getting mad at software that installs automatically while you are using IE6. That is something worth getting mad about.

I hate software that requires a reboot and doesn't give you an option to reboot later or no warning at all. :| Some stupid copier tech gave me some scanner server software to install on a client's server, told me it didn't require a reboot, I installed and it rebooted after install with no warning. POS.

That only happens if you keep tapping Shift. And it's StickyKeys.

Jeez you guys.

JustanAverageGuy: spyware and other assorted crap gets put in your system while using IE6 without clicking yes to anything.

As for me, I use Firefox not IE6.

No, it doesn't. Not with IE6 properly configured. I use both IE and Firefox, and I've never had an issue with either.

I never said IE6 had to be properly configured. The average joe doesn't have IE6 configured for safe browsing and hence gets crap on his system.

People like us on this board know better.

That is all.
