LE, actually i didn't think he would lie about it, but i'm not surprised now because it's not the first time. i wanted to see if he had stopped this (and by 'this' i mean lying about pics and so forth, because he said he would and always be straight with me), and then he actually did lie so i was flabbergasted.

<< Mel: you're the one that posted trying to get free sympathy, assuming that just by saying you were lied to was enough. You're the one that won't tell your side of the story. Sully's certainly doesn't seem to be embellished or meant to put you entirely in a bad light. He admits he lied, and I don't excuse him for that, he should have just told you the truth, and if you didn't like it, he should have said f*** off, too bad.

The fact that I don't like you much is due largely to you being this way, reacting this way. >>

People post rants to get things off their chests. Not for sympathy. At least I'm that way, anyhow. If you knew me at all you'd know I can't stand being lied to, or being pissed off on purpose. Again I'm not the one who brought in details for a reason. Your buddy sully did. And again, he wanted you all to decide and I told him no, if you want any details spilled, you do it. Because the fact that he lied and admitted it kinda seemed like, well ok, he knows he did, so why does he need AT for anything? All i wanted AT for was a place to rant.

Christ, I was trying to keep this centered on this little tiff alone, not an examination of the entire relationship. That is all I am personally going to talk about on this or any other web forum. On that note...

I should've known better than to try to continue a meaningful examination of how two people can feel that they're both right upon a relationship issue here. Can we get a lock?

You're pulling the same thing my ex did. "I'm insecure and can't let myself believe you love me and think I'm attractive, and can't stand for you to look at other girls, even if it's completely innocent and doesn't mean anything other than liking to look at girls. So I'm going to try and force you to change something you've been doing for years simply to mollify my insecurities, regardless of what you say or how you feel about it." And he's doing the same thing I did, try to change, but not really think he's doing anything wrong, and deciding he's not just going to roll over and let you dictate his life to him.

There's no damn reason for you to even care that he posted the picture. YOU are the one turning this into a drama.

He can do what he wants, but why lie about it. Cuz if it's not a big deal then there's no point!
