Wow. Sounds like your company specializes in hiring the WORST candidates for the job. Great stories but sucks for you. 
Maybe next time things will work out. Ian sounds like he won't last too much longer and there is definitely something wrong with that dude.

My god, I think I would have gone postal and killed all of those annoying people with a rusty syringe if I worked with them. I've been blessed, and all my co-workers are normal, except for Jon the ER orderly. I don't even want to talk about him.

yeah and dont get me started about some of my co-workers...everyday during lunch hour we just talk about what crazy ridiculus things they did...

it says nothing about me, because i am actually competent and intelligent. sorry for patting myself on the back, but i am a normal person like most of the people here. i am nothing like these idiots.
lets put it this way...i am 18 and i started here at $10.00/hr. i got a raise to $15.50 after 1 month because i do more work than the other 3 people put together. i get $1000 bonuses when they get 100-200.
no, im not trying to make myself look like a badass, but dont accuse me of being one of them when you dont know the facts. screw off.
edit: oh, and its the 2nd biggest engineering firm in the DFW area. the rest of the people here are fine...it is just these few idiots that screw it up for everyone.

anywhere you work there will always be employs that you see and think to yourself "what the fvck were they thinking when they hired this bozo"
additionally when everyone else gets laid off they seem to be the last ones left to run the place and avid the layoff or they get promoted to managers.....its sad but that the way life is..weird isnt it?
