I guess you can just toss them into the ocean.

But seriously, from the context my guess would be that you work for the government.

sadly, no. it is an engineering firm.

One of my (ex) co-workers was recently discovered to have embezzled most likely in excess of $70k. I've had some time to think things over....

[anonymous] the owners of my company only turn in about 1/5 of what they make to the government.[/anonymous]

yeah, so they make millions, and only get taxed on hundreds of thousands.

see, you know why your company hired these folks? For your entertainment so you can poke fun at them and not be completely bored :)

But yeah, there are a lot of idiots in the world. Sad part is, I've run into too many of them working network support for the school... how these ppl get into the workforce... i dunno...

I hope I don't have to use your product.

haha you guys are very mislead. they dont do any design work. nothing any of those people do will ever be used by anyone for any building. they draft stuff that other people design, and it is my job to scour it for mistakes.

they dont talk to customers. see my reply to sampson.

i design foundations, then i have them draft it. they do not actually design ANYTHING.

all of the other engineers design the actual framing in the house, piers, pools, commercial slabs, etc.

Yes I can draft in autocad used the last one I used was 2k, but I have not touched it in quite a while, but generally it was pretty easy. engineer: yes, will be taking my FE this summer. Idiot: no.

what do you want to know, I would prefer to take this into a more private medium. your PM or mine?
