He's been living with us for just four months and I want him to die in a car fire.

I placed an ad for "mature, quiet student," and we got the opposite. When he checked out our place I told him, "On weeknights after eleven I don't want to hear you." He said no problem. Hey, on weekends make as much noise as you want, I'll be out until three or four am anyway. During the week, I don't want to hear you.

He is the single most obnoxious human being I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Everything he does is loud. He walks loudly, runs up and down the stairs, opens and closes doors, cupboards, and drawers loudly, speaks loudly, blows his nose loudly, sniffs loudly, watches the TV loudly, listens to terrible music loudly, and he takes several 45 minute showers a day.

Oh, and his laugh scares my cat. I need to record it so you lot can hear firsthand how annoying it is.

He contributes nothing to the house. Never does chores, always leaves a mess. Always late paying the bills. My other roommates dislike him. Even my GF can stand him.

I have screamed at him at least twice a week since he moved in for one thing or another, yet he fails to learn. Is he retarded? I am extremely confrontational, and he is visible upset by my telling him to STFU, yet this behaviour continues.

When he moves out in three months (or dies by my hands) I will be the happiest man alive.

It isn't up to me. He has signed an individual lease with our landlord and she's not interested in losing out on three months rent.

I have had some retarded roommates in the past, but they are nowhere close to yours.

Sorry to hear that :(

Makes life that much harder

If thats the only problem, see if she'll be more cooperative if you can cover the three months rent, either between yo uand the other roommate or finding someone else.

That suggestion makes absolutely no sense.

Even if the lanlord and brigden came to an agreement where brigden would cover the remaining 3 months rent, the other roomate has a written lease with 3 months left on it!

A landlord cannot evict a tenant before the expiration of a lease (unless the tenant commits an illegal act).

I figure they can bust him one some clause in the contract involving noise or parking or something. All the leases I've signed (maybe its because I like living in quiet places) have a thing where you get so many warnings after a certain time before you have to move out. Kinda like those neighborhoods where everyone has to look the same.

If all your roomates hate him, what is he doing for your girlfriend to make her so happy;)
