I know that the main office was hit by a hurricane but there is something called DISASTER RECOVEY! The MFing website is down, BOTH phone lines are BUSY ALL THE TIME 24/7, and to top it off they want to change you for something that is FREE if the website was up!! Its been TWO weeks! WTF!?! I HATE IT. I HATE IT. I HATE IT.

GAWD I wish I had a Bank of America in my town. I may sign up for them anyway, since my check is deposited electronically anyhow...

Thanks for reading I thought needed to share that.

What is it you need from them? Maybe there's another way to do it.

I need to see my balance and transactions. There is FOUR ways to do this:

1. Online Bank Website - DOWN
2. Automated phone number - BUSY 24/7 (prolly down)
3. Operator phone numer - BUSY 24/7
4. Go to bank and get it printed out - They charge for this "service" but free on the bank site.

Oh and also on the phone thing - a nice message every 2 out of 3 calls "Due to the hurricane in this area your call cannot be completed please try again." I hate Louisiana.

Why is that? I've been with Bank of America for a long time now and I've got nothing but good things to say about them.

How about going to the bank and asking if they can waive the fee since the other ways of accessing the information is down.

Or if you only concern about a particular transaction, just go to the bank to make a deposit/withdrawal and ask the teller to check your transactions list while she has it up. Never hurt to ask nicely.

Darn you people for being logical. Im trying to rant here. :( Thats prolly what I will end up doing. Thats a whole other rant: traffic increasing 2 fold because of the hurricane and all the NOLA people on the road...
