After pressing 1 to "speaking to someone in English", thanks for making me wait 25 minutes so I could actually speak to someone who doesn?t speak English and possesses ZERO troubleshooting skills. Thanks, thanks a lot I appreciate that.

Also, thanks for sending me BACK into the waiting queue b/c said non-English speaking individual misunderstood which printer I actually am working on, making me wait anther 15 mins just so I could get transferred again! Way to go HP! Way to send an already ailing techsupport level of competence even lower AND over seas taking jobs away!

Please die a painful death.......twice.

All my love.

Outsourcing saves money so the execs can make more money so you can get more shoddy product.

HP and Netgear are the worst. I'd like to learn a little Hindi so I could effectively swear at them.

Hehe reminds me of a comic I saw that was of a board meeting and the caption said "We could declare a profit this quarter by firing 10,xxx employees - or one of us."

😱

I learned from verizon that if you say you are using a Mac, you will automatically be connected to someone in the US for tech support cause they dont know Mac,s over in India.

Somehow I don't think they'd appreciate me asking for support for the Netgear ME102's wireless bridge feature... 😛

Dell only utilizes off shores tech support for their home customers. All business account tech support are based in Texas.
