I?m going back to school finally after two years, but the process to get back in can be annoying. Here is what happen.
1. Get Re-admitted, Criminal Justice Office calls office to get me Re-admitted.
2. Need to Change Major from Computer Science to Criminal Justice I go to registrar office with paperwork.
3. Registrar can?t change major because have not yet been Re-admitted, I leave paperwork and they will take care of it for me and call me back.
4. No phone call for a couple days? call registrar? registrar doesn?t know the problem and transfers me over to Criminal Justice Office. Criminal Justice Office will look into why not yet Re-admitted, will call me back.
5. No phone call again for couple of days? Call Criminal Justice Office and person that helped me out not around. Someone else helps me and finds out in order to get Re-admitted, I need to fill out a form. Form is fax to me and I fax it back and finally Re-admitted, but registrar sends back change of major form to Criminal Justice Office because it needs Stamp from the Computer Science department, I need to go back to the school to do this. I make an appointment for following week.
6. Take morning off from work go to school. Criminal Justice Office looses original form and has to make a new one and stamp it.
7. I walk across campus to Computer Science department for stamp.
8. I walk again across campus to registrar office and give change of major form. Form is rejected needs signature of the Dean of Arts and Sciences.
9. Walk back to Criminal Justice Office and they don?t understand why registrar needs it. The Dean is not in so they track someone else to sign it.
10. Walk back to registrar office and finally change of major is accepted.
11. I register for fall classes.
12. Walk to Student services (same building) and get Student ID and Parking Sticker
13. Walk back to Registrar office to get Student ID validated
14. Finally Re-admitted, Change of Major and Register for fall and now drive to work.
But now Finally excited, just need financial aid to come through now.
