couple things:

1) When you computer/stereo/printer/whatever is fixed WE CALL YOU. STOP calling us 10x a DAY to find out if your sisters boyfriends moms friends cats owner's PRINTER is fixed yet. FSCK YOU!.

2) DON'T tell me your a 'tech'. I DONT CARE. It doesn't make me relate to you or any BULLCRAP. I KNOW your lying because if you're a tech, WHY are you paying me $35 to install RAM???

3) I DON'T care how important your pda, printer, pc, laptop is. It will get fixed JUST as fast. Want to yell about it? I'll make sure it takes 2x as long.

4) I DON'T care how much money you spend here. I do my best on EVERY computer. I WILL NOT make special circumstances unless you are NICE.

5) Show up with a good attitude and get 10x better service. I will bend over backward to do WHATEVER I can to make things right if your nice. Be a bitch, and I will make your life so difficult you wish you were never born.

6) I DON'T care who told you what on the phone. Your probably lying. If your not, then I have the final word anyway. If it gets replaced I SAY SO. NOT jimmy-bo-bob that you called three weeks ago.

7) Your warranty will NOT pay for an item 2x the cost of your original one. YOUR PAYING THE DIFFERENCE. Want to argue? HOW ABOUT WE DON'T REPLACE IT AT ALL!

8) We ARE NOT giving you a new PC. I cannot BELIEVE you expect that we will replace your 3 old old pc when your cd rom goes bad. SCREW YOU.

Guess it goes both ways eh? Whenever I go to Best Buy I find incompetent workers who always try to pawn me off on crap because I don't look like I have money :-x

I'm not sure, but I do know that when you can't succeed at anything else in life, one can always become a Best Buy tech - as a last resort.

I've seen it happen too. When an idiot tech is taken for a ride by a swift talking customer..


Also.. I work at best buy 4 hrs a week (for the discount). I have a 9-5 job for moolah.
