weak rant: about 4 weeks ago i ordered a sansa e280 from electronics expo out of NJ off of amazon. I have ordered stuff from them before and not had any problems. I got the player and it seems to have software issues, only boots about 1 in 10 times, otherwise the screen is white, and it will not keep files when sinking to the computer. i have called them 5 times, each time being nice, they tell me that they will e-mail me a ups return label to tape on the box and exchange the product. each time i never get the label. Its hard for me to get pissed cuz i know each CS rep is not the root cause, but i'm getting pissed now... GRRRR!!!
i should not have waited this long. any suggestions beyond spreading the word and yelling at the next cs rep?
btw.. i will never buy from them again and i hope some of you may reconsider it if you are.
