There's no need to say that the Bay Area is way overpopulated, it's a known fact. The weather is nice, I live in a neighborhood where there is little if any crime (and heck, we live next to a park). But that's not the point, it's just that whenever there is a surprisingly good deal, you look all around the bay and everything's gone. You try to get in on this deal, every store possible is sold out, this store won't pricematch with this store because it's an "online" price, etc. I'm dreading the "After Thanksgiving Day" sale. I went with my mom last year and the place was literally jam packed. They had a freakin' line outside the store because they reached their maximum opacity. There was barely any breathing room in the walkway. If we had actually had to wait in line, it would have been a good hours wait. Luckily it was only 15 minutes because there were around 5 major lines, we were in one at the back of the store. And like two carts ahead of us, another cash register opened. Therefore, we were 3rd people in line (thank god.)

Now, there are some great deals at Best Buy once again. But I dread the day I have to go there. Everyone will be piled up on each other, spending their Christmas budget just at one store that has the most deals. I believe I've gone off track a couple of times, so I'm going to shut up and go to sleep, my main point was that the deals suck here in the Bay Area.

AAAIT, the B!TCHING can resume :)
I will even join. We get hosed on everything here. Housing, Gas, Power, everything. So is it no suprise that everything is more expensive? not to me. Trust me, when more people lose jobs, everything will drop. I just hope I still have mine.

I love the bay area...no matter the traffic, the crowded stores, the ultra liberals I will never leave it.
