some of you may remember my last rant about my co-workers...well i didnt cover the upcoming idiots in the last one. FYI, i no longer give a sh!t about this job since i put in my quitting date and gave him 4 weeks notice.
it is my job to make sure stuff gets done on time or in the scheduled number of days...so the lady at the front (she is getting fired soon, she is a moron) answers the calls and tells the customers when their plans will be done. this lady is 53 and talks like a baby. she thinks its funny. she tip-toes around the office talking in her voice, and then she plays with the dogs like she is one of them (well, she is to be honest).
this woman lied about breaking her arm so she could have the rest of the day off. she came back to work the next day with a cast on her arm!! wtf?! the next day, the cast was off, and we were like huh? she said "the doctor told me he didnt put it on right. i have to go in to get another one." we were like derrrrr ok whatever LIAR.
another time when she was late to work by 25 minutes, she called and said she was caught in a high speed police chase. HAH! we all gagged from laughing so hard...what a tard.
ok so today, the customer came in the office mad that his plan wasnt done (its not my fault, we are severly understaffed). she came back and asked me where it was...i said "im not sure. let me look for it." she answers with "why isnt it done yet? what takes you guys so long?" i said, "we have too much to do and not enough people to do it. give me a minute and i will find it." <i am looking through the database to find it, meanwhile she leaves and goes to the see my boss> she comes back in and said "brian wants to see you." i was like WTF?! "what the hell did you tell him? i said i was looking for it!" she just walked away...
so i walked in there and he goes "shut the door" i was like uhhhhhh ok? so he says "why did you say we dont have enough people?" all i said was "because its true. when i started here we had 7 people full time in the back, and now we have 3, and only 2 that work 40 hours...the other works 34." he said that was no excuse, and why wasnt it done. i was like alright whatever and just blew it off. then he got pissed and said "why did you tell the customer we are understaffed and thats why we dont have it done? do you think that is appropriate?"
i was like WHAT!?! "i never even talked to the guy. i told her i was looking for it and she just walked away before i could give her time when the plan would be ready."
so i got yelled at because she is a big fvcking liar/moron/dog. i could tell i pissed my boss off because he knows it is his fault that we dont have enough people to work. he fires people left and right, and when he should have hired people in our slowest time (winter), he didnt. now, he hired a new girl and i have to train her. so we effectively have 1 person who works 40 hours, 1 who works 36, me (40 hours but will be training this girl all of the next 2 weeks), and all doing the work of at LEAST 6-7 people.
guess what though? HAHA i dont care (i used to) because he is a jerk-off and im glad i am leaving. woohoo!
