wonder if the heart attack was partially due to the way he bulked up late in his career, he was definitely juicing in the late 90's WCW days. Compare that to his hey day in the 80s in WWF, he was much leaner then.

Also, he did a lot of coke over the years
 
but seriously, even when i was a kid i remember thinking he looked like he might die when he went deep into a match. dude just did not seem healthy. him and the ultimate warrior both had that burnt out look to them even in the 80s...
