Randy Moss is by far the best reciever in the league and will set all the all time records before he retires. He is 6'4 has hands like sticky glue and can run away from any defensive back in the league. Sure he is cocky but everyone has to have some kind of attitude to be the best, his is running his mouth!!!

No that falls under the category of players like Jim McMahon, Randall Cunningham etc. Cocky but not great.
Greatness is defined by guys like Emmitt Smith, Barry Sanders, Walter Payton, Joe Montana. Moss couldn't carry their luggage.
