ive seen a bagillion posts around here lately in random forums all over about people have random restarts


if you have random restarts you have power issues...either ur voltages are set wrong or your power supply is not enough....every once in a while there is something different but check this out first before posting....i feel this way but if all you other people wanna flame me for saying this then ok delete the post...i can go either way lol im just trying to un-clutter the place
 
memory errors are often times the problem also (refering to random restarts)
memtest86 is a great little utility for making sure the memory subsystem is all working correct
