Random restarts??? Help!!!!

Well, we finally got our home network up and running, with my sister's machine as the server with the DSL dialup connection. Now, recently, her computer has been randomly restarting itself...here's the specs:

Celeron2 566
Asus CUSL2
128MB Crucial PC133 CL2
15GB IBM 75GXP
Asus CD-ROM
SB Live!
Integrated Intel graphics
Linksys fast ethernet
Antec case w/ 250W PS
Win2k SP2

When she got home, and before I made her's the server, I updated as much of her system as I thought I could (windows updates, SP2, driver updates, etc). Now it seems to randomly restart. It doesn't happen very often, maybe once or twice a week or so, and it doesn't seem to hurt anything. I thought maybe the power supply, but on a stock-clocked Celeron, 250W should be more than enough. The only thing I haven't updated is the 815 drivers...not sure which ones to get (from Intel or Asus? Which drivers). I used to think that Intel boards were easier to maintain cuz they didn't have driver issues, but after using a Via board for 6 months, I have decided otherwise.

So any suggestions on these restarts? It's kindof annoying, and since she's not the brightest on computers (she can e-mail, surf the web, and write papers), I'd like to make sure it's stable for her before she goes back to school. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanx,
Jazzman

Does it stop if you remove the Ethernet card? If you want to update mobo drivers, I would suggest getting them from ASUS not Intel. Other than that, I'm not sure. Is there any particular software running when it happens or does it happen during use or no use?
