RANDOM RESTARTING

I get random cpu restarting when I'm playing games or surfing the web.
I think it may be an overheating problem or a power supply problem.
If it's a power supply problem...how can I make adjustments?

What kind of processor do you have? And what operating system are you running?

you're asking these questions in the wrong forum. if you believe it's due to heat try either

[*]cases & cooling
[*]cpu's & overclocking

Have you taken the side of your case off and point a room fan at it while playing to see if the problem goes away?
