Random reboots

I've had this problem for quite a long time, and though it occurs sporadically in quite a few games, it hasn't driven me insane yet. Lately, I've been trying to play Planetside, and it is happening a lot, where I would be running the game for a few minutes, and suddenly my computer restarts. This is quite annoying as you could imagine.. I've checked my cpu temperatures after these restarts, and it registers around 40-45 C, so I don't think that's the problem, though i could be wrong. I've had this problem since before i upgraded from a previous video card..

I don't think i am overloading my PSU, it is a 430w enermax, and i am running one hard drive and two optical drives.

ANY help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Random reboots are usually a PSU or Ram Problem. Your PSU looks good so I would look at possible a bad stick of Ram.

Download Memtest to check for errors.
