Random reboots within first 30 minutes, any ideas?

I just put this system together Friday and had it running smoothly for a day and a half. Sunday it decided to reboot a couple times on its own after first power up, then became stable after a while. This morning it rebooted once after being on for about 15 minutes then was ok. Do you think this is a power supply problem? I had no problems with the PS prior to my upgrade, was running Athlon 1200 w/GeForce2 GTS. Are there any components that work better after they've warmed up?

CPU temp at startup is 21C measured by mobo sensor & motherboard monitor, gets to 39-40C after about 15 minutes, 44C under full load (Prime95 for an hour).

System specs--

Epox EP-8KHA+
Athlon 1800+ w/stock HSF
2x256 Crucial PC2100 (set to CAS 2, 4-way interleave on)
Gainward GeForce3 Ti200, Det 23.11 (oc'ed to 195/495)
IBM 45GB 75GXP
Asus 50x CD-ROM
Liteon 24/12/40 CD-RW
Soundblaster Live 5.1
Generic NIC
Antec 300W PS in SX830 case
Win2k Pro, fully updated

I tried it yesterday w/memory back at CAS2.5, interleave off, video at default speeds and still got a reboot.

Thanks in advance.

Ah good question, I'm using 23.11. That's a good idea though I'll try something like the 21.83. Original post updated.

Have you checked your cpu voltage settings ? Sometimes a mobo's bios displays vcore voltage incorrectly . I'd use Sandra or MBM5 just to make sure your cpu isnt underpowered.

Have you checked AMD's approved ps list ? I know there's one Antec 300w PS that isnt even approved for anything above a 900 T-Bird on AMD's site.

The Antec PP303x is certified by AMD for Tbird's 900 mhz or less . Is the p.s. that Antec bundles w/ the 830 case ?

If it is I'm guessing the ps was good enough for your 1.2 , but is having a rough time with the 1.53.

Thanks guys, I have some better ideas now from your replies. Damn I read too many of the FAQs Friday, I forgot about the reboot one.

Ok thanks for the link Andy, that did the trick (or at least let me see what was wrong). The evil 23.11 driver was crashing, problem solved by reverting to 21.83. I will be ordering a 400W Antec PS in the next couple days though just to be on the safe side. What a frickin great resource these forums are :)
