Random Reboots under XP

Hey, after I have the comp up for maybe 20 or 25 minutes it just drops out and randomly reboots, it's DEFINENTLY not a power supply or ram issue, seeing as this has only started in the past couple of days...what could be the problem?
 
mine does this too, I am pretty sure it is my PSU tho, I have a new 420watt Top Power on the way, it will be here tommarow(knock on wood)
