Random Reboots - PSU Problem?

I recently added a new HDD, SSD, and BD burner into my computer. I'm experiencing random reboots every now and then, and I'm trying to rule out the PSU as the culprit.

Here's my system:

i7 920 (Stock Speeds)
3x2GB DDR3 1333
3 HDD 7200 RPM
1 Intel SSD
5 Case Fans (All 120mm. 4 Case Fans + 1 CPU Cooler Fan)
1 DVD Burner
1 BD Burner

3 USB Devices (KB+Mouse+USB Hub)

PSU:
Enermax Infiniti 650W
(got a decent review on Anandtech http://www.anandtech.com/show/2324 )

I really don't know if my PSU is handling this properly or not as the original system only had 1 HDD, 3 Case Fans, and no BD Burner.

Also, if this is enough for what I'm running, would I have enough headroom to OC the 920? (I originally had it running at 3.4GHz before adding new components).

If it's not enough, what PSU would your recommend for the P182? I was looking at the Corsair 1000W, but it seems like I would have to remove the bottom fan to make it fit?

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I bought the PSU about a year and a half ago.

Random reboots can be anything.

Tell me.. Under "System Properties", "Advanced" tab, "Startup and Recovery" section, is "Automatically Restart" unchecked? Could be a BSOD.

I turned off the automatic restart option and it didn't reboot last night. I'll keep monitoring it over the next week or so, as the problem doesn't happen everyday.

Everytime it reboots, I'm not actually sitting in front of the computer.

I also checked the event log, and it showed the last error had to do with Power Kernel and said something about a problem with system suspend? No idea what that means.

I'd start with hardware tests. Common culprits are faulty memory and failing hard drive, both of which will result in data loss.

Download this bootable tool and test your system as soon as possible. Btw, if you experience a restart while booted from CD, it's definitely hardware.

Also, if this is enough for what I'm running, would I have enough headroom to OC the 920? (I originally had it running at 3.4GHz before adding new components).
How old is your rig? PSU Wattage decays over time, but unless you've been using this for 3 or more years it should be fine. A hard drive takes at most 10 watts each, Blu-Ray drives take about 20 watts, and fans usually take somewhere in between 1-5 watts each. SSD's take at most 1.5 watts, but most use less than .5 watts.
