Random reboots - 2010

There's a random reboot thread from 2007. Now I have a random reboot issue for 2010.

My machine every couple of days just goes black, then restarts. It boots up normally, except that Windows knows it did not shut down properly and asks how I want to restart it.

No muss, no fuss, no bother. No BSOD. Everything just turns off - including the psu - and then turns back on again. In a normal restart the psu keeps all the lights lit and the Molex-powered fans going. Here, it just stops as if it lost power. But then it restarts.

cpu: i7 860 at 182MHz, 22x multi
mb: Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3P
Vcore set to 1.31250v, LLC on. It runs at 1.296v idle, 1.312-1.328v on Load. The system will Black Restart (tm) whether LLC is disabled, enabled or set to Auto.
Vtt=1.19v; PCH=1.12v; PLL=1.88v
HT enabled. Turbo Boost = Auto. C1E, EIST, C-states all disabled.
Mem multi=10x. DRAM set to 1.62v, runs at 1.616v (it runs at this voltage on auto, which is why 1.62v was chosen as setpoint).
RAM = G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2GB DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000) F3-16000CL9D-4GBRH
GPU = GIGABYTE / Radeon HD 4670 1GB, currently OC'd to 825MHz and 900MHz.

I seem to recall somewhere seeing a breakdown of what it means when you have various kinds of crashes. Anyone have any ideas?

The first thing I'm going to try is normalizing my GPU.

I ran this system for months doing fan testing using a different GPU. CPU temps are not an issue. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I have a virus that I can't get rud of that does that. Too lazy to reformat for now.
