ok so i've replaced EVERYTHING in my computer but the optical drives and the disk drives, what else could be causing this reboot when i play certain games or take off the ground in FSX......i dont know what it could be.
Dont worry, i have had the same problem, and everyone says it is the video card. IT IS NOT THE VIDEO CARD, update your sound card driver and the problem will be fixed...
To find out what brand your sound card is you need to go to the device manager and get the details on the sound card, then do a google for the driver
sorry sorry, ive been very busy at work, working from 6am to 1am is hard on yah y'know lol. my sound card is in my sig, they dont have updated drivers, i can see if they have updates but im not 100% on this.
edit: no im not overclocking, i'd like to get this figured out before i attempt anything like that, i dont like to rush into things.
welp, that was it, i went down a version or so of my sound card drivers, and now fsx boots up and fly's fine....man thats really weird, i dont really understand why sound card drivers would only affect certain games. go figure. thanks for bringing up that idea, i would have never thought of it on my own.
Well... Are you going to say thanks...... JK JK JK JK
Im glad you got it to work, I had problems with it for over a year, but i just recently found the problem.
