I use my alt button plus certain keys as hotkeys in UO but whenever I press it it makes a loud ping sound. Its not a UO thing though cause it does it no matter what window Im in. Its gotta be a windows setting but don't know where to find it and change it.

Maybe it's a ping meaning that there's a lack of an assigned action for the keypress combination you made ?

OK I see that, but how do I get it to not play a sound?

In the drop down list, change it from Windows XP Ding.wav to none.
