Random 'Pamper' Facts

I know it's called diapers, but I like using the word ''pamper''. 🙂

How Do I Get Started With Cloth Diapering?
I want to switch to cloth diapers. Please help. I don't know where to start. Please tell me what I need to start...

Cloth Diapering With A Diaper Service
I have several questions! I am using a diaper service, but it just doesn't seem to be working out for me! 1. When I change my babies' diapers, the diaper is completely soaked and their covers are very wet too. Usually I just wipe the covers down with a wipe, but it is such a pain, and I end up washing covers all day long! The covers are supposed to be waterproof, but my babies leak all over their clothing!

How Do I Wash Cloth Diapers?
I know I want to use cloth diapers on my baby, who will be born very soon. How do I find a diaper service,? Are the diaper services more expensive than disposable diapers? If I can't find one in my city, how hard will it be to wash my own?

Expensive to Wash Cloth Diapers?
I thought I would use cloth diapers, but my husband keeps going on about how expensive will it be to wash them!

Why are my cloth diapers and covers stinky?
I just washed up a lovely pile of cloth diapers, and pull them to my face for a good whiff of nice, clean diapers. But what did I smell instead? E-e-w-w! Stinky diapers!! What went wrong???

Here's my Stinky Diaper Solution!
Toss those stinky diapers right back into the washing machine!

Why are my cloth diapers and/or diaper covers leaking?!?
With a good quality cloth diapering system, you should be experiencing almost no leakage.

How Do I Make My Diaper Covers Last?
Do you need a cover over fitted diapers? If so, what do you recommend? And how many washings before a cover would start to deteriorate? Do you have to wash a cover as often as the diapers? Do you recommend the snap or the Velcro style? When washing the Velcro® style covers, wouldn't the Velcro® attach to other diapers and covers in the wash... or even deteriorate over time?

linky 🙂

my mom gave me cloth diapers when i was a baby...
but WTF... to post it on a computer message forum that only a few folks have kids?

This is just a veiled attempt by the OP to tell his wearing a diaper/bananas/mall adventure... :disgust:

Posts like this are sooo off topic they are pointless and stupid and make me wanna post pointless crud too.

so you are coming out the closet with your diaper fetish finally huh.....do they charge you more for cleaning your adult sized diapers?

I was reading the link (where the actual answers to those questions are). I was part way through the third and I realized I was eating Beef Stew while reading about dirty diapers. I guess that should have grossed me out. But it didn't.

I often eat while posting.

A lot of people here have kids, and some of them will end up having kids. It's an interesting topic.

If it were only allowed to post topics that are relevanto a majority of posters here, it'd be a very empty forum.
