2 Tylenol PM's, Melatonin, Buspar and Celexa. Its my nightly cocktail. My Doc turned me onto the non-narco sleeping pills. They do a pretty good job.

That's a lot of tylenol. Why not just benadryl alone? You can pick up about twelve thousand at costco for five or six bucks.

Maybe if you ingested fewer freezy pops, you wouldn't have diabetus.

😀

I took that for my old boss. She loved to talk about the old man from Family Guy.

And my son has diabetes, not me. I just got the $800 bill from his pump supplies that for some reason Anthem decided not to cover....

oh wtf.. are you sure the doctors arn't fucking you.. :'(

Dunno. I'm scurred to try new things. My doc recommended this mix and it works good enough.

Tylenol PM is just tylenol (acetaminophen) with benadryl (diphenhydramine) added to it. You should ask your doc if you can just take the benadryl alone, no use taking the extra tylenol unless there is a good reason for it.

you have to pay for that med all out of pocket? 😱

not usually but both my insurance and flex companies are being jerk faces. I've already got $500 in claims out there floating, then I found out that Anthem didn't cover the latest round of pump supplies.

Good. Its bullshit that insurance is more expensive for me because you're fat.

You have a Ping Im guessing? That was my first choice...until I saw the Omnipod 😀 I have 2 Minideds before and got sick of tubing...tubeless rocks 🙂 But the Ping is pretty slick...good choice-

That wrist bump goes away after a while. I don't know what it is, but I had the same thing for a year one time, and then within a week it disappeared.
Some kind of repetitive stress injury.

Eww...too much Tylenol. Your liver is going to be toast.

Dont they have Unisom or something without the Acetaminaphen(sp)

I got one from carrying as assload of baking sheets once. I felt a pop, and I had a bump on my wrist :^/ It went away eventually, but it took a long time. Maybe a year+, I don't really remember.

I see no reason to take Tylenol PM if you're only after the sleeping aid part of it. Why take acetaminophen on a daily basis when you don't have to and long-term/heavy usage of it can lead to liver problems?

It simply is acetaminophen (NSAID) + diphenhydramine (aka benedryl, an antihistamine but it makes you tired as well). They sell the sleep aid part separately. Another sleep aid is doxylamine (Unisom). I've tried both and they both work well for me. Of course I would only buy the generic versions.
