Random IE window opening? (spyware?)

Here's the problem, my computer will switch out back to the desktop when im playing games (like warcraft 3/diablo 2, all others) for no reason. I think it is due to IE opening some spyware window and there is a suspect rundll32.exe in the task manager.

I've tried using hijackthis and spybot but it does not get rid of this rundll32.exe nor does it stop the window from opening. Using the task manager and deleting the rundll32 process makes it just start up again. How do I stop this from opening up because it really bothers me playing games and doing other stuff?

Its spyware and i don't know how to get rid of it permanently.

Cliff notes: IE opens then closes window, switches to desktop, some spyware thing -> how do i get rid of it?

Thanks
