Random game lockups

After between 10 minutes and 3 hours my computer will freeze while playing any game that would be stressfull to the vid card. I have a AMD classic 800, some crappy AMD750 chipset mobo(gateway), audigy, GeForce2GTS. The fan on the vid card is still going around but doesn't seem to be moving much air. There is one other fan in the case, is that enough? Should i try getting a new video card fan, or a new fan and heatsink in the case? It's been doing this for a while and it's starting to get to me. Any suggestions?

1) is your cpu or video card overclocked?
2) when you say the fan isnt moving much, does that mean you can actually see the blades moving, or is it not blowing out much air, or what?

Neither are overclocked

I know it's spinning, i just don't see how it can be doing enough to actually cool anything down

well, try taking apart the fan and cleaning it out
you have to take it off to do this, do you know how to take it off and put it back on?
