Random BSOD

I'm doing my first build with a 8PE667. Everything seems normal, but it will randomly gives me the BSOD - no apparent pattern, program, action, etc..

My system includes the following:
Gigabyte 8PE667
Corsair 512mb DDR400 (running at 333)
Sapphire Radeon 9700 Pro
Audigy Platinum Ex
WD 40MB drive
Antec TruePower 480W

When it bombs, I get the following error:

STOP 0X000000D1
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
(it also mentions "usbohci.sys")

I've installed all of the latest drivers, BIOS, etc. that I can think of. It seems like it may be an IRQ conflict, or something maybe with the USB drivers? Maybe I'm installing the drivers in the wrong order? Could it be SP1 for Windows? Try different slots for the cards? Anyone heard of anything like this?

If anyone has any inkling of what it might be or what I could try, I'd greatly appreciate the advice.

No, I'm not overclocking, but I did read in some other forums that people have had to increase the voltage to AGP to solve some problems.

Almost all STOP error messages of this type are memory-related; that's where I would begin looking to sort this one out.

For a free and reliable memory tester, go to memtest86.com and get the pre-compiled code for a floppy, or the ISO for a cd-rom.

Memory checks out ok. Now I'm thinking there's a conflict with the USB2 or something, as it seems stable now that I've unplugged all USB devices from the USB bracket hub that came with the mb and instead plugged my USB mouse directly to the USB port on the mb (next to the LAN port). No problems so far. I noticed that as soon as I plugged something back into this USB bracket, I immediately got the error. I'll keep going (fingers crossed) and see if I can find out any more - but it's been stable for 24 hours now, and I've run all sorts of benchmarks (including playing Jedi Knight II Outcast for a few hours). I guess I don't know why the bracket would be the problem, since it plugs directly into a USB header. Doesn't WinXP get new USB2 drivers with SP1?
