I have been getting bsod randomly on windows 7 (genuine os), at that time I dont know why I was getting constant bsod .So I did a clean/fresh install of windows 7 and after that, the bsod again occurred randomly. The bsod occurs randomly like when iam watchin videos or surfing net or playing games or even in idle stage.
And after I upgrade to win 10 pro ,the same bsod was still occurring with a new kind of problem ie, while in the middle of work, the screen freezes and shows bsod and my PC turns off automatically and turn on and turns off and on for 8 or 9 times and then only my pc loads windows. So I decided to do a clean install of windows 10 . And I formatted my C drive(didn't format D drive) and while windows was installing about 12%, again blue screen showed and PC turns off and on again like 7 or 8 times and then only system starts working and i dont know why it occurred cause i even formatted C drive . So I had to do a clean install of windows 10 again for 2nd time .Is this bsod Software or Hardware related?. please help me
If it is a hardware issue, then which hardware might be the reason for bsod? Will it be RAM or Hard disk or Power Supply or Motherboard or graphics card or any other? Please Help
Some of the blue screen errors are
1-Badpool error
2-Memory_Management error
3- K MODE Exception NOT handled
4- Driver IRQL NOT less or equal ( most of the time shows this error relating to tcpip.sys ,ndis.sys, ntoskrnl.exe)
My current configuration is
CPU- i5 4430
Motherboard- gigabyte h81M-s
RAM- kingston hyperX 4gb x 2
Graphics card- gtx 660
HDD- seagate 1tb
PSU- corsair gs 600W
OS- win 10 pro
