Random Blue screen at shut down

Hey there everyone! I just upgraded my cpu and motherboard from a PIII 550 and Abit BE6 to a T-bird 900 and Abit KT7 Raid. It was hell at first getting everything running, but now I get a random Blue screen when I go to shut down. Is this a compatibility issue with my Geforce 2? Or with my Sound blaster live Gamer. Reason I Think video card frequency changes as I mess with different drivers.
 
Microsoft has a patch for shutdown problems in win98se that you might want to try-shutdown patch.

If that doesn't help, it may be a problem with the video drivers. I had shutdown problems with WinME and Detonator 6.31 drivers that went away with a newer driver set.
