How charming. I guess telling a Senator to "Get Fucked" was well within her right but honestly it just seems in poor taste.

I think it's in poor taste when the subject is mundane. When it's over hundreds of thousands of Americans dying needlessly from both opioids and covid19, it's relatable. Rand and every other treasonous douchebag in office who has politicized vaccines and ignored real problems can definitely get fucked. Repeatedly. With a large piece of furniture.

Be polite to the people instrumental in getting Americans killed while they're also trying to destroy our democracy? Not just no, hell no. Constituents trying to dislodge their representatives from a bubble is a good thing. Every science denying R that helps propagate the Big Lie should be hearing the same. Dignity in politics has been dead for about 5 years now, just a reminder. Maybe she should have threatened to grab him by the dick?

To be fair I also believe Russia and less likely China due to cultural reasons are behind some of the BLM stuff. Not all but the parts that just want to cause trouble because US in Chaos is good for them.

Poor taste? You know what's in poor taste? Every single thing the GOP has said and done for the last 50 years. They can all get fucked, and the sooner the better.
I really liked how the Democratic party supported the Iraq and Afghanistan wars which resulted in millions of lives lost. This is the party of peace and justice and equality. Amiright, fellow justice lovers?

Not at all actually. In fact if there's an instance of you being correct on this forum I haven't seen it. The glaring dumbfuckness of that post makes me suspect you still really don't care, being more interested in repeating sanctimonious whataboutisms, but in the off chance I'm wrong here's a little ditty you may find useful.

On the AUMF from 10/02 , 215 Republicans and 81 Democrats voted for it. 126 Democrats, 6 Republicans, and 1 Independent (Sanders) voted against it.

If you're looking for a disgusting dichotomy to crow about, try the pro-life crowd giving the country the finger over vaccines (or going to war). You should make more sense by default, maybe you could get to like that too.

The MIC and big corporations donate to both sides. We know they all love war. But keep defending your side because you're a good little boy.

Of your cop outs I've seen this is not your finest work. Showing you the actual vote tally you referenced is me "defending my side," and only the most generic and useless BothSides from you too.

Please, keep going. I can watch you do for this for pages.

It is a testament to the freedom we have here in America though isn't it? Could you imagine the horrors this woman would face if she did this in a country like Russia, China, Malaysia, North Korea, ect. The list of countries could really just go on and on and on but to keep it OT yes the look on his face was priceless.

Yes, we as a nation have proudly fought and died to protect this woman's right to say "Get Fucked".

Also it is etc. Not ect.

Another triggered righty traitor emerges from their hole. What reason do we have for this pleasure? You get out of jail? You just got back from insurrection camp?

I like how more Dems voting against Cheney's manufactured war than for it 20 years ago somehow proves the Dems are not concerned about "peace and justice and equality." Funny how after republicans getting another wave of Americans killed needlessly, it's always those dirty Dems to blame - just ignore them being the ones standing up to covidiot denialism and violent fascism.

Remember when the trolls put a little effort into their bullshit? The 'been under a rock for 5-6 years' tactic is so boring.

If it's the Dems who love the big corporations, then how come it's the GOP who's fighting tooth-and-nail against right to repair? If it's Dems who love to bomb countries, then why is it always the GOP who's outraged when we don't? And who's always leading the charge to bomb more?

It's the usual right-wing extremist FUD troll. Dems are just as bad as the GOP for not doing enough to stop them. We're outraged that someone said Fuck Rand while we're flying a Fuck Biden flag. For whatever reason, they just haven't figured it out that no one's falling for that shit anymore.

A corollary to the BothSidesDoIt™ BigLie is that only Democratic politicians have any agency in government.

If Republican politicians do something bad, it's because the Democrats made them do it. See: McCarthy and the January 6th commission. He could have recommended relatively sane Republicans, but instead chose three bomb throwing shitbags like Jim Jordan, Jim Banks and Troy Nehls to make a mockery of a commission that has a very valuable subject to investigate. Note well that Republicans could have voted for the Commission because they gave a shit about government and the rule of law, but chose instead to try to cover up as much as they possibly could, and McCarthy chose 3 shitbag traitors who opposed the commission to be seated on it. It's all Pelosi's fault or whatever.

If Republican voters vote for shitty Republicans, it's because the Democratic candidate wasn't perfect. You can find hundreds of posts from right-wing authoritarians on these very boards crying about how they had to vote for an outright fascist and authoritarian like Trump because the Democratic Party didn't choose to nominate Space Jesus over Clinton in 2016...or Sanders, as if these right-wing authoritarian shitbags would have voted for an outright Social Democrat like Sanders.

It's just the other side of the BothSidesDoIt™ coin that the traitors and scumfucks cling to as their open hostility to the rule of law and a functional society becomes harder and harder to hide with the standard Republican talking points.

Point and laugh. It is futile to have a rational discussion with traitors.

Not to mention that projecting themselves on others seem to be all the rage for the Repubs. Don't see how much lower you can get whereby the Repubs have no alternative means toward defending their fascist anti-democratic word and deed.

They're on the wrong side of history on this and they know it. They've chosen a path that inevitably leads to a point in time when, while in minority party status they find themselves having to force their will on the majority of the nation in order to seize and keep control of it.

I don't know, I'd say he's straight trippin so seems he's falling for it over and over and over and over...

The GQP can dish it out but they can't take it.

That's the base layer of conservative hypocrisy and is the basis for their persecution complex.

I for one hold all those Democrat asshats as accountable as the hawks that decided that bombing a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 was a great idea. It showed a great lack of backbone to go along with the tide and be unwilling to stand against the blind rage and stupidity that saw Sikh indians getting beat up in the streets and food getting renamed "Freedom Fries."

I can't stand the Democrats. They are a shitty party in the shitty system. They happen to be a lot better, on balance, than the other party (IMO of course). In the same way that getting bitten by a pit bull is better than getting bitten by a polar bear. Neither are "good". I've never voted anything other than "lesser evil" in over 30 years of voting and I don't ever expect to.

The Democratic Party is like any other sane, functioning political party in the western world. There's always going to be corruption, hypocrisy, etc, from any political party, because the political party is made of humans, and last I checked, even people who believe in magic still only believe 1 human was ever perfect.

What really kills me about the Democratic Party is that they had so much power from the 1930s to 1970s that when they started losing their dominance, they immediately started to panic and instead of doubling down on their message, started to go rightward economically. Instead of realizing that they needed to explain why their economic doctrine was still relevant, they instead chose to move rightward to hold onto their dominance, instead of simply understanding that their dominance wasn't going to last forever. In shifting rightward, they shifted the Overton Window rightwards, and here we are, in year 41 of the Reagan Revolution, with the Republican Party adopting outright treason and fascism and the Democrats still so afraid of their own shadows that they refuse to just fucking call the Republicans out on it. That hesitance to call Republicans out for their outright overt fascism and treason in and of itself lends credence to the BigLie that BothSidesDoIt™, when clearly, they fucking don't.
