I would think of young Hillary and do it for my country
It would cool to say you did the US pres

You are a nice and modest, not to mention tactful and kind human being. Had you done a President, you wouldn't tell anybody. You are already great and don't need to impress anybody.

Obviously looks should have no bearing. Anyone who dislikes Hillary for her appearances is a shitbag, there's plenty of valid reasons to dislike her without attacking her appearance.

I was just pointing at how interesting it is that a self-proclaimed uber-liberal such as marincounty reveals himself to be a horrible piece of shit, just as bad a person as all of those Republicans he hates.

We can all say some dumb things. Just because he may be insensitive and tasteless here and really a bit mean doesn't make him a truly horrible person any more than your excessive demonization make you worthless. Any fair minded person, I think, can see that what he said wasn't nice, so all you really needed to do was point it out, rationally.

I wonder if she'll use a cigar on a male intern... :sneaky:

Personally, I'd do either of them, imagine the hush money :)

So on the liberal side the logic is: you are riding in a clown car if you dont want to add $12 trillion to the national debt by offering free college tuition for everyone which will do nothing except jack up the price of tuition by yet another 90% and jack up the price of everything else due to the massive amount of treasuries which will be issued to pay for this crap which the Fed will then buy causing yet another commodity explosion and even bigger bubble which will end up wiping out even more millions of jobs which the government wont count because they too will simply be marked as "not in labor force" and none of that will matter because the economy will add 2 million waiters and bartenders to cover up the loss of 2 million more breadwinner jobs and we will all congratulate ourselves and prepare for Bernie 2020!

I believe about 8 or 9 trillion comes from changing what individuals and businesses pay for insurance into a tax bit otherwise Bernie does have some explaining.

Did not know there was a "Gilmore" involved.
Didn't realize Santorum was out there until 2 days ago.

...so I guess Gilmore, whomever this is, will be next (well, unless he's one of those dudes that doesn't really spend money and has nothing better to do lest he get bored. Hell, all he needs to do is get a name on the ballet somewhere and he never has to "Drop out"?)
Then Fiorina and/or Carson (A primary theme of all of Carson's speeches is that he never wanted to run and really doesn't want to run, which is really strange for a politician that needs to you know, be a leader).

Then Kasich

Bush has too much money to burn, and he's going to burn it all before he drops. I suspect he will hang around even after Christie.

It's amazing how misogynistic "liberals" get when a woman doesn't grovel at the "correct" party's feet.

Hating a particular woman may be a lot of things, but it isn't misogyny. Hating her for being a woman is. Granted the remark was shallow and inappropriate (the ugly part). Don't you just love the how, because they're accused of misogyny for trying to control women's bodies, oppose supporting equal pay for equal work, denounce any efforts to bring males to justice for rape, and often insisting that "God" put women beneath men, just to name a few, that they then conflate any criticism of women with misogyny.

News flash... women are just as capable of being assholes as are men. Any dictionary will define misogyny for you. I suggest you consult one as you clearly don't know the meaning.

This is a pretty great unhinged rant. By the way, most of the Republican candidates do in fact want to add somewhere between $10 trillion and $20 trillion to the debt, they just want to do it by taxing rich people less instead of educating people.

I thought you might be done with the insane BLS/Fed conspiracy theories after you embarrassed yourself by predicting that the government would shut down GDPNow. Apparently not, haha.

While defiantly waving the banner overhead to and fro of which hails "Females, 9 to 90, nuts, cripple or blind, I'd marry 'um and do my duty", yes. But seeing as if those cankles of hers look to be the very dangerous nut crackers that they are, I'd graciously defer the opportunity. ;)

On topic, I picked Fiorina because I think she's the one with the least to gain from hanging in there for the long haul and she has enough smarts to realize and act upon it.

I'm glad to know that you recognize not liking someone because of their looks is to be deplored. Thank you for that.

Rand Paul is not his father. He uses some of the same buzzwords, but has none of the integrity. He's more of a typical GOPer. I campaigned for Ron Paul, but I've never cared for Rand. Some Ron Paul voters are probably voting for Trump, but honestly they're probably just as likely to vote for Sanders over Rand. Sanders and Ron Paul have honesty, sincerity, and integrity in common, even if you disagree with their political opinions. I seem to recall reading that those two had a mutual respect for each other despite their ideological differences.

Here's an open letter from just such a person:

Holy crap I can't believe I agreed with everything you just stated.

I'll vote Kasich...

I voted with you, but for different reason....

Kasich is too rational to be the Republican nominee. His ability to reason gives him the tools to assess the situation correctly and realize he hasn't a snowball's chance in hell to win the nominee. It's a shame, really. He might actually make a descent president.

Good one... meanwhile, since (and including) Reagan, spending has expanded under every republican president and been reigned in when the democrat takes the office. LOL... conservatives are still convinced their the fiscally conservative.

It all makes sense once you realize that conservatives use complaints about deficits and spending as a proxy to oppose liberal policies. They don't actually care about deficits or spending.

I'd agree, except the Republicans aren't really against government debt in practice, they only give it lip service. Unfortunately nobody is talking about how to reduce the cost of a college education, only how to make everyone share in the pain.

Have you read about how modern feminism (and by extension, liberals) defines misogyny. Any slight against any woman anywhere is misogyny. You don't like that, take it up with modern feminists. Until then, shitheads like marincounty are hypocritical misogynists.
