When putting on RAMSinks on i just wipe off my memory and just stick the ramsink to the top of the memory? The ones i got use thermal tape for my 9800 pro.

Yeah basically... you could get all technical and sand the ramsinks and sand (lap) the RAM chips... but since you are using tape, it wouldn't matter.
