you should try some actual ramen that's been cooked from scratch as opposed to the prepackaged styrofoam...it's so good.

I have ... I lived in Japan. Ramen in a restaurant owns.




But I'm just talking about the quick 3 minute meal
(BTW, they eat the styrofoam stuff over there, too)

ditto in korea...it makes me sad tho that when you say ramen, people immediately assume it's the rock noodles and salt pack thing.
 
i have never drained the water ever, it has most of the flavor is not all! i sprinkle some salt, black pepper, and sometimes a squirt of lemon and yum!
 
Hell, sometimes I dump out the noodles and just drink the sweet unconcentrated goodness that is Ramen-Chicken Flavour broth.
