Rambus memory question... Cooling related

I've got 4 sticks on my pc.

2(two) 128 mb Samsung with some type of (metal plate) in one side only.

2(two)256 mb Samsung with the same metal plate, but on both sides.

Before I only had,128's yesterday I added the 2 256's sticks with double plated cover and my pc is telling me the System Zone 2 is overheated, not too much, but it's.

I've got that warning after installing the double face metal cover sticks.

Question, the warning I'm getting is related to the installation of the new Rambus?

Here's my MB Intel P4 D850GBC

Thanks for your help.

I've got a somewhat similar setup. Two ram slots...one 256 Samsung with one plate, one 256mb Samsung with two plates. The room temp is about 78F.....three temp points normally sit at 35c. No problems here.

Go to Intel's site and download the latest BIOS upate, and the latest version of Active Monitor. That should fix the problem.
