I have 256mb of Toshiba Rambus PC 800 memory, is it reccomended that I get another 2 128mb chips made by toshiba, or can I mix it up??

Also can i drop in 2 256mb chips also for a total of 768mb?? Or will that not work? Any help is appreciated!

RDRAM tends to be very similar when comparing brands. One brand may tend to overclock a little better than another - so mixing might limit your overclocks. However, if you don't overclock you shouldn't run into any problems.

I had two 32 MB Samsung RIMMS that came with my computer. I ordered four 256 MB Kingston RIMMS seperately (it was far cheaper for me this way). These six RIMMS worked flawlessly in any combination.
