Saw the movie today at the 1:30 pm showing.

OMG.. What a kickass movie.

Very very short, but a definite must see if you like action and gore.

So... I've never seen any of the Rambos. Do you all recommend me to see them before seeing this?

Basically all I know so far is... Rambo's badass.

The first one is actually a decent action movie despite Stallone's terrible acting. The other two are terrible, but for some reason everyone likes them. Go figure.

If you like blood, guts, decapitations, people turned into pulp, people turned into red mist, limbs flying around, stabbings, throat removal, and tunnels formed in the human body with .50cal sniper rifles, this is the movie for you. Just got back from watching it and absolutely loved it.

Movie was FUCKING AWESOME

I would gladly pay to see it TWICE

Best movie I've seen in a while, and best movie-going experience I've had in a while too. They were really strict about the 18+ age limit up here in Canada, they were yanking kids out who couldn't prove they were there with a guardian 15 minutes before it even started, and warning people that if their kids were causing any trouble they'd all be kicked out. No issues at all with cellphones, cameras, people talking loud, nothing.

Of course, anytime somebody lost a head, or got blown up, or something else totally awesome, the place would go wild with cheering. The funny thing is when people started yelling "RAMBO FOR PRESIDENT!" and "RAMBO FOR PRIME MINISTER!". Remember, this is in Canada, which prides itself on NOT being the US, and being less violent, and people were cheering everytime some badguy got absolutely gutted or had his head explode. It brought tears of joy to my eyes.

Overall, great movie, the last battle scene was by far the best I've seen in a long time and in a lot of movies. Stallone can keep making Rambo movies until he's in diapers as long as they're of this quality.

Edit:

Also, I had a question about the H&K preview. Did they seriously change the name and the whole movie? I thought it was H&K Go to Amsterdam, and it seems like they never actually get there, and now it's called H&K Escape from Guantanamo? Gotta be a joke, maybe I just didn't get it. Still looks funny though 😀

entertaining? yes! kept you yelling and rooting for rambo to rip them all apart
def reccomend, and my gf did not like it...so be warned, girls may not think its that good...

Pure, unadulterated violence, torture and gore with a generous helping of depravity.

A must see for the whole family.

Now if you put it that way, I really want to see this movie.

I saw it and really enjoyed it. It hit all the notes I wanted it to hit, and it wasn't pretentious or extra long needing to be 2+ hours. It told a nice tight action story in 93 or so minutes. I esp liked the end with him coming home.

😕 🙂

Just saw it. Not bad at all. Didn't like the fact that were two little girls less than 10 in the theater.

Just got back home from watching the film....wow.

Great movie and the gore is incredible!! Gotta love the gore....

.50 cal MG is NASTY!!

Freaking incredible when Rambo shoots the driver in front of the MG like 10 times to clear his line of sight!!

BL

I liked it, but my friends and I wanted more attention on Rambo. We were hoping that all the mercs would bite it, along with the church group. That way, Rambo could run around seeking revenge for more action scenes. Although, we pretty much want 'Contra: The Movie'.

What they had in the movie was great, but we were left wanting more of it and didn't get it.
