Is it just me, or do you guys also get the impression that SoloJoe and Josh3D are the same person. They are both about equal in fanboy speak.

And for reference, whenever I talked about the 6000 it was planned on being shipped... I never lied and I'm certainly NOT a puppet of ANYONE.

"Hehe, technical basis... like the technical basis you provided in the other thread, that using deferred rendering equals 64MB embedded ram? That was a funny post...

Please explain why you think so..."

please explain to us about why u live in New York and still work at nVidia. as other's have posted, that's strange! it will at least help us give credit where credit is due.

Dave:

While I do not put much stock in anything that little moron Hardware has to say, I must tell you that your response within this thread has left me a little more than suspicious. If Rampage were going belly-up, along with 3dfx, then I would certainly not expect you to announce it in here - that would just be stupid. However, if everything was A-OK in 3dfx land, then I would expect you to say "relax guys, both Rampage and 3dfx are fine." The fact that you have not denied these rumours speaks volumes IMO.

Are you prepared to say that, as you know it, both Rampage and 3dfx are presently in decent shape?

Cheers,
Napalm

PS That was my 1000th post, I am not sure if I should be excited or depressed... ;)

speaking of chocolate, I also tried this new version of the old classic Twix bar.

It was a Peanut Butter Twix. quite good. Tasted similar to those Reese's Peanut Butter cookie bottom-Cups.

Except better.

Again tho, I was really jonesing for milk.

Why is it that peanut butter and chocolate things always seem to get me thirsty for milk?

Bite your tongue! Nothing's better than peanut butter cups, I don't care how good that Twix bar was.

Milk? I think it's a secret plot by candy bar makers and milk farmers.

Well I obviously am not allowed to comment on things.. however, would I be posting at all about 3dfx in that situation?

neoplasia, y'know, I used to think that too

but dude, you gotta try one. Those peanut butter twix just kick royal a$$, no doubt

ever try a PB Maxx?

no, not the video card from ATi, the candy bar. It's a small cookie thingeeo nt he bottom, and has this big ole' glop of pb in the middle, then it's all covered in chocolate.

dunno what happened to them. they were awesome. haven't seen 'em on the market in years

<sigh>

Robotech!!

look what you did with that ONE post in this thread! now it's turned to food..

I've always wanted a good chocolate bar that offers the taste of Reese Peanut Butter cups..

they're SOOO GOOOD, yet you're done before you realize it! they don't have enough in there!

I gotta look for these new Twix...

You did it in another thread too! lol..
