I was wondering what is some good ram to get. I have basic DDR3200 now from kingston. I have a pentium 2.8c with 800fsb. This is what my motherboard MSI MS-7008 PT880 says its support
? Supports four memory banks using four 184-pin DDR DIMMs.
? Supports up to 4GB memory size.
? Supports Dual channel DDR266/333/400MHz and up.
? Supports 2.5v DDR SDRAM DIMM.
I would like to spend around 150ish for about 1gb or so.
Here is some I am thinking about are they good:
Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2PT 1GB DDR400 XMS3200
Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2 1GB DDR400 XMS3200
Corsair TWINX1024-3200PT 1GB Kit DDR400 XMS3200
All these are around 250.
Based on the post before I don't need to spend that much is it true?

I always recommend Crucial, especially if you're not overclocking your system. It performs well, it's reasonably priced, it's extremely reliable, and you get a great warranty and return policy from the manufacturer. You should be able to enter in your motherboard model on their website and get a list of compatible sticks.
