Is it worth spending extra money to get pc3200 DDR Ram instead of just getting pc2700 DDR Ram?

Also, should I get RAM with the "low latency" feature? Is CAS 2 DDR /w heatspread good?
 
If you are gonna overclock go for the CAS 2 DDR 3200. Even if you aren't it's probably nice to have the extra speed with a motherboard that supports it. My personal favorite is Corsair XMS.
