ram usage program?

Is there a program that will display how much ram my system is using on the screen while a game is playing? I've tried Coolmon and Samurize but they both disappear once the game (like Unreal Tournament 2003) launches.

no, leave task manager running on 2nd monitor. minimizing apps alters how much mem they use.
