Ram Upgrade

Can I fix a KINGSTON PC2700 256MB RAM CARD with a ELIXER PC2100 128MB RAM CARD.
Both rams at the same time.
But my motherboard supports only 2.5V DDR DIMM ( PC1600 or PC2100 )
