Ram Upgrade

what do you mean better? for games? or just running winxp ?

for games I would say the pc3200 -- although the load times wont be great
for winxp I would say the pc3200 -- only because 384mb is not enough, if it was 512, i'd go the slower ram

the p4 loves higher bandwidth stuff
 
the 384mb would be better, 256mb is barely enough to sustain windows XP at all, and since you are using a 533mhz FSB, thats the bus speed for PC2100 anyway, so unless your motherboard allows you to use ratio's, you wouldn't be able to run the ram at PC3200 speeds anyway..
